Offering classes for the complete beginner and for those with more experience, my classes offer a balance between finding strength and flexibility, a steadiness of mind, openness of heart and always a rejuvenating blissful relaxation to escape the stresses of life.
After more than 15 years of practice and exploring different styles of Yoga, my classes reflect this eclectic mix drawing on elements of gentle hatha flow, restorative and Anusara amongst others. In 2015 I was delighted to complete the first ever Yoga Tune Up® teacher training in Europe, this is a great blend of corrective exercise, mobility work, yoga, nervous system down regulation and self massage, in order to improve posture, increase performance and decrease pain.
As a lover of all things connected to the human body and anatomy, I am passionate about keeping the body safe and finding the optimum alignment for your individual body and exploring where your practice is at now.
Through the architecture of the asanas, the breath and the placement of awareness Yoga invites us to connect with the spaces within, where we can uncover the fullness and authenticity of who we are and all the potential we hold.
